Love it! My friend who has been teaching me to spin has a couple of felted hats she made. I tried one on and was hooked! I told her I want to learn to do that, too!
My third one will be a black amish/ranch style hat that I can wear to the barn and care for the sheepy!! How is the spinning going? Would love to see how your yarns turn out.
I started knitting a couple of years ago, nothing too fancy. I have a wheel and am planning to learn to spin but waiting for my teacher and my schedule to connect. Meanwhile...had to do something with this awesome fleece! I really love this felting. Want to try and make some wet felted mittens but haven't the first idea how to start. LOL
You wore that beautiful hat out to the sheep pen? You're brave! I've got one that I knitted and fulled that I wear for chores but its BROWN, doesn't show sheep poo and mud lol!

Beautiful! Yes, I think you will need black for the caring of the sheep. Do you knit or spin?
